Quickly wash all the fruit in a bowl of water and dry with paper towel. |

Peal the peaches and cut in pieces. Put them in a mixer with the 300g of rasberries, the sugar and the lemon juice. ***Make sure to have your folks help you with this step. Don't want sticky sauce all over the kitchen ceiling! |
When it's all mixed up good, pour the mixture through a strainer into a container. |
Cut up the mint leaves very fine and add to the sauce. |
Cut the strawberries in half or in quarters, put in a salad bowl. Add the rasberries, the blueberries, the blackberries, and the red and black currants. |
Pour in the sauce and mix very delicately! |
Leave your fruit fantasy in the refigerator for about 2 hours. |
Serve your fantasy creation cold! |

Now, it has always been my view that the people of Earth are a mixed bag of jelly beans. Some of those jellybeans in the bag do things with no concern for the environment. But on the whole, most of the other jelly beans do care about the beauty, and respect nature. They try to do whatever is necessary to save the world they live in. It just hasn't caught on with everyone yet! |
